LocalSync AI is a small, deliberate AI automation agency — built by a service-business owner, for service-business owners. We design and deploy custom automation systems, then stay on to keep them current as the technology evolves. No offshoring. No white-labeling. No junior account managers between you and the people doing the work.
What we believe
Most automation agencies build and walk away. The system gets stale, the AI landscape shifts, and three months later you’re calling someone new to "tune it up." We treat the build as the start of the relationship, not the end. Managed Care is optional — but most clients keep it for exactly this reason.
Every business runs differently. Every system we build reflects that. We don’t resell off-the-shelf systems dressed up as custom work — we design around your actual tools, your actual workflows, and the actual outcomes you’re trying to produce.
AI services have real ongoing infrastructure costs — voice calls, model API usage, SMS gateway, etc. We pass those through honestly instead of burying them in a higher upfront price. You always know what you’re paying for.
The founder
I didn’t come from tech. Twenty years in sales and construction taught me how small businesses actually run — the calls that go unanswered, the leads that go cold before anyone gets to them, the owner doing five jobs at once because there’s no one else to do them.
I taught myself to build software to fix that problem for my own businesses first. LocalSync AI exists because the systems worked — not because I set out to run an agency. I run Roots Up Landscape & Design, my own landscaping business, on the same automation stack I build for clients. A lead that comes in at 11pm gets a response before they’ve closed the tab; past customers get pulled back before the season turns; the reviews and rebookings happen without me touching them. I’m a follower of Jesus Christ, and that shapes how I build and how I do business — with honesty, with follow-through, and with the belief that doing right by a client matters more than closing a deal.

I build systems that buy back your time — so you can grow your business, take the vacations you want, and spend more time with the people you love. That’s the whole point. Not just a few more leads answered — a whole business that runs in the background, and a life that isn’t consumed by the one you built.
How we work
No offshoring. No white-labeling. No layer of account managers between you and the people building your system. The trade-off: we take on a limited number of clients at any time. The benefit: every engagement gets the principal’s attention.
Every system we build is scoped around a measurable outcome — response time, conversion rate, calls answered, reviews collected. If the system isn’t producing what we said it would in the first 30 days post-launch, we keep building until it does. Included on every build, not a paid add-on.
Nothing about your system is a black box. The architecture, the integrations, the credentials — everything is documented and handed to you at launch. If you cancel Managed Care, the workflows keep running on your own infrastructure account.
Most agencies in this space hide pricing behind "schedule a discovery call." Ours is on the pricing page with starting prices for every service. The audit gives you exact numbers for your specific build. We’d rather lose the deal early than waste your time on a pitch.
What we don’t do
If your business needs HubSpot, Calendly, or QuickBooks, you should buy those. We’re not trying to replace mature SaaS — we build the connective tissue and custom systems on top of the tools you already use.
If you want someone to flip on a Zapier zap and call it done, that’s not us. Our work is enough hand-built logic that it doesn’t make sense below the Starter tier.
